The court ruled to obligate an heir to pay 136,000 Kuwaiti Dinars to the other heirs, following a lawsuit filed by some of the heirs against their sister over financial actions she took and a will she made while their mother was ill. The details of the case are that the Al-Khashab and Al-Nassar legal group, represented by lawyer Mr. Bashar Al-Nassar, presented the defense and arguments, which were based on the claim that the financial actions carried out by their sister, the defendant, and the will made by their mother, only gave the defendant a one-third share of the estate according to the legal inheritance. Mr. Bashar Al-Nassar argued against this, claiming the will and the financial actions were invalid because they were made while their mother was suffering from cancer in its advanced stages.
